nasty
Pain and feeling twisted are back. The dizziness is worse than the pain.
I came back from a two month trip abroad where I was alternating between painful and dizzy. Fortunately I didn't get headaches.
I thought my neck/shoulder was getting better. Neck traction was making it feel really relaxed. My last treatment was last Saturday. And then yesterday, Tuesday - my shoulder started to hurt terribly. I could barely use it. Is this the side effect of the treatment?
For the past two weeks I've had a bad cold with fever and chills. I don't know if that - or my neck/shoulder - was causing my headache. They were definitely complementing each other. Nasty.
I just got back from a month abroad. The 12 hour plane ride - each way - did "wonders" for my neck/back. While I was away, I was suffering from the pain and had headaches once a week. Not a good way to spend time away from home.
After a 12-hour flight, and moving back 5 timezones, I'm not sure if my headache is due to neck/back pressure again, or lack/excessive sleep or adjustment.
