severe shoulder pain

I thought my neck/shoulder was getting better. Neck traction was making it feel really relaxed. My last treatment was last Saturday. And then yesterday, Tuesday - my shoulder started to hurt terribly. I could barely use it. Is this the side effect of the treatment?

I took Meloxicam/Mobic and it helped just a little.

A month ago, I was abroad for two weeks and there were no problems.
