headaches again

After a 12-hour flight, and moving back 5 timezones, I'm not sure if my headache is due to neck/back pressure again, or lack/excessive sleep or adjustment.

Lots of people carry laptops on their backs now. I just joined that community. I have to watch my lower back pain, though.

My neck is fine, it's not affected by the load.

In unrelated news, my tooth is acting up again. I had some problems here before I started this computing pain blog. Nothing to do with computing but still painful - since it's direct access to the nerve. Or maybe it is related - too busy with the PC to take care of my teeth?
